Do you charge a service fee?

Tidmarsh Travel charges a once off consultation fee of $250 AUD per person, per holiday. This is waived for accompanying children and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of mind.

As airlines and hotels have reduced or eliminated commissions, these fees ensure we are fairly compensated for the in-depth research, planning, and coordination we provide. From offering insider knowledge and securing exclusive deals to managing multi-stop journeys and being available throughout your trip, our fee is an investment in convenience, confidence, and a seamless travel experience.
